The Bilton Conservation Group is a voluntary organisation of local residents committed to protecting and enhancing the rural environment, wildlife and heritage of the Nidd Gorge Conservation area between Harrogate and Knaresborough (7.5 sq.km). We achieve this by undertaking practical conservation work and promoting awareness of our natural heritage in schools.
