CNAP - solving problems for industry, society and the environment through gene research.

CNAP is dedicated to undertake and commercialise world-class research directed at the use of plants and microbes as economically viable cell factories for the manufacture of novel industrial products. The commitment to communicating our science is reflected in CNAP's programme of public understanding and awareness. This programme encompasses projects for schools (primary and secondary), policy makers, colleges and specialist groups. We are happy to make visits and talk about
any aspect of our work.

Please see our website understandingbiology.org for information on current projects, programme of activities and also equipment available for schools to hire.
